Xổ số hỗn hợp hôm nayDOP works to expands opportunities for those on probation and provide a number of programs, and resources in partnership with the Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity, other City agencies, community-based organizations and foundations to provide programs and policy initiatives that focus on neighborhoods with high concentrations of people on probation.



Young Mens Inititive (YMI)

Launched in August 2011, the New York City Young Men's, the New York City Young Men's Initiative (YMI) continues to be committed to addressing disparities faced by young men of color in New York City across the areas of education, employment, health and justice. The Initiative focuses on the following key areas:


  • Increasing literacy.
  • Improving graduation rates and workforce readiness.
  • Protecting youth from violent crime.
  • Building stronger relationships between the community and law enforcement.

Xổ số hỗn hợp hôm nayThe New York City Department of Probation is one of dozen city agencies that YMI is invests in programs with. The programs connect young men to educational, employment, and mentoring opportunities. The Mayor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, which was implemented to reduce poverty in innovative ways, is responsible for overseeing implementation and evaluation for many of the programs within YMI.

Xổ số hỗn hợp hôm nayThrough these programs NYC Probation helps build stronger and safer communities by working with and supervising people on probation, fostering positive change in their decision-making and behavior, and expanding opportunities for them to move out of the criminal and juvenile justice systems through meaningful education, employment, health services, family engagement and civic participation.
