Fleet Programs

Regular Fleet

• Application for Regular Fleet Program - For businesses with at least one vehicle in their fleet. In the fleet program, you will receive a bill listing all of your summonses, you can easily review your tickets and decide whether to pay them or request a hearing.

Stipulated Fine and Commerical Abatement Programs

• Stipulated Fine Program and Commercial Abatement Program - For businesses that make deliveries, pick-ups or service calls. You can pay violations at a reduced fee by waiving your right to a hearing.

Termination

• Vehicle/Plate Update Termination Form F9 - Use this form to add/remove Vehicles after Initial Enrollment.

Update Contact Information

• Fleet Program Contact Update Form - Use this form to update company contact information and broker information if applicable.

Rental Program

• Rental Company Initial Enrollment Application - Use this application to enroll your company in the Rental Program.
