To maximize business opportunities, all contractors should create a vendor account in PASSPort. Please reference the Vendor Account Creation manual for step by step instructions on how to create a vendor account in PASSPort. For more information on PASSPort, visit the Mayor's Office of Contract Services (MOCS) PASSPort Webpage or reach out to the MOCS Service Desk at email@example.com.
City-certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) can receive and respond to opportunities of up to $500,000 for goods, professional services, standard services and construction without formal competition by creating an account in PASSPort. Instructions here.

Currently, the 6/20 consists of two groups of requirement contracts - a group of 6 firms hired to work on design projects where the construction value is between $15 million and $50 million, and a group of 20 small firms who are hired to work on design projects up to $15 million in construction value.

Because of this, firms seeking to work as subconsultants on specific projects and on requirement contracts must generally join up with the prime firms preparing their responses to DDC Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
